Made using thick leather, these drawer handles can be successfully used as sliding door or wardrobe handles.
With daily use, they will be imbued with the natural oils of your hands, receiving a beautiful patina.
Can also be used as leather knobs for your dresser or as cabinet pulls in your kitchen.

Leather and copper are a statement for home decor& you can have both! These leather drawer pulls come with a large copper screw cap each!
Each pull is
* 11.5 cm (4 1/2") long (when looped)
* 2.5 cm (1") wide.
* provided with an M4 x 4cm bolt with a copper /silver / brass colour screw cover cap. IMPORTANT: please note that due to the high pressure resulted from pulling the knobs, the screw covers might fall off, so it is recommended to attach them with 1-2 small drops of super glue. Due to the risk of spilling (and being an inflammable product) we cannot send the glue along with the leather pulls.
If you need longer or shorter screws, please message me BEFORE purchase and I might be able to provide custom size screws for you.

PLEASE NOTE: All the items (unless specified READY TO SHIP) are made upon purchase. THEREFORE, if you need an item for a specific date, please contact me PRIOR to purchasing the item. I am sorry, but unless you contact me BEFORE purchase, I won't know if you need me to dispatch your order sooner. If I could, I would send all orders the next day. I can't. All orders are sent via Czech Post - Recorded mail. Depending on the value of the item, some orders are sent without tracking, to keep the costs of postage as low as possible. (but they do have a tracking number which shows if the item was delivered or not).
I usually add the tracking number at the shipping notification send it via Etsy conversation, when it's the case.
-Orders are shipped to the address that you checked out with. If you would like to ship to a different address - please contact / convo the shop BEFORE your order was dispatched. Should you not do so, I am not responsible for shipping your item to a wrong address.
***If the address you are registered with is incomplete/ partially correct and the parcel is returned to me (it has happened a few times already) you will have to pay for the postage again, if you want me to send it again. As said above, I am not responsible for one's mistake and I will not pay for it.
READY TO SHIP IN.....DAYS = The time between the moment you purchase until the moment I place it at the post office. This might take a few hours or a few days, depending on the type of order.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES from Czech Post: (ESTIMATED! Please allow delays due to the post of the country you are buying from).
*Within the Czech Republic: Usually next day (but allow 1-2 extra days in busy times of the year)
*Europe: 5-15 WORKING days (again, allow a few extra days);
*Anywhere else: 15-20 WORKING days (again, allow a few extra days);
For overseas shipping, the time is not always precise due to the customs: the delivery times depends on how long a parcel is held in customs by the receiving country. Once it leaves me it is out of my control, I'm afraid, and unless you have a tracking number, messaging me won't solve anything as I cannot track the item myself.
I allow the post office up to 1 week for domestic delivery & up to 5 weeks for International delivery before re - sending/ refunding for non delivery.
Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable and Priority Upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery times!
IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees. Those ordering from outside of the Czech Republic may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes which are levied after the package reaches their country and these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
LOGO: the only items I ma sending without branding are the leather pulls or the items too small to fit in the logo, such as some of the keyrings / bracelets.
However, please expect to see BengjyMinu stamped on most of our creations.

We accept credit card payments directly through Etsy as well as payment through PayPal. (If paying with an echeck, your item will ship after payment clears.)

->For Tracked items:
If the package is declared "Delivered" - the package has been delivered. Please ask others in your home, neighbors, and postal carrier if they have seen the package. No refund shall be given.
If the package is declared "Arrived at Unit" - the package has not been delivered. It is at your local post office. If "Arrived at Unit" is more than 3 days, print out the delivery confirmation information and go to your local office and ask for the package. They have to find it for you. Either you weren't home when they have attempted delivery, or there wasn't a safe space to leave the parcel & they had to take it back to the warehouse; it's not been returned to us unless it says 'returned to the expeditor.' Thus, your parcel is there. No refund shall be given in this case.
If the parcel is returned to us on the reason that it was UNCLAIMED, that means you weren't home when they attempted delivery & you didn't go to the post office to pick up your parcel.
In this (and the above) case, should you want me to send the parcel again, you will have to pay for postage again. No bargaining here. I did my job at sending it in the first place, I shall not send it on my own expense the second time.
***If an item sent to a wrong address is returned to us, you will have to pay postage again and provide a CORRECT address for us to send your order back. WE CANNOT cancel said order & refund, because that will affect our tax return, given the time that passed from the order placement to the cancellation. Thank you for understanding!
We have a 5 HOURS cancellations policy.
*If the item you purchase has READY TO SHIP at the very beginning of the description, you can cancel your order any time BEFORE it is shipped. After I press the 'shipped' button it's too late. The parcel is already posted and there is nothing I can do about it.
*If the item DOES NOT have READY TO SHIP in the first few lines, it is an item MADE TO ORDER. I will wait a few hours after the purchase, and then I will start processing it. Processing an order means:
*ordering supplies for it
*cutting the leather
*already making the whole item
THUS: I can no longer cancel an order if more than 5 hours have passed since the moment of purchase. That would bring me a loss, and it would affect my business on the long run.
HOWEVER, I can cancel your order & issue a refund, but I WILL KEEP 25% as a re-stocking fee. That means you get 75% of your money back and I get to keep 25% for having ruined a piece of leather & having wasted my time. I am sorry, it's not easy, but cutting out pieces of leather or spending hours on an order that you change your mind about later on, would harm my business. I'll say it here, and I'll even repeat it later on: by making a payment, you agree with the policies of this shop.
***CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. When requesting a custom order, we both communicate and decide the features of your order. THUS, asking me to cancel your order a few hours after you have made the payment won't get your order cancelled. PERIOD. I usually start working on custom orders right after they are placed, to make sure I have plenty of times to create (and ever re-create) the design exactly as requested. You have plenty of time to decide if you want that particular item BEFORE, not after placing the order.
->For custom made items NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES can be given unless I screwed something up. For example, you ask for a belt 3 cm wide and I send it 2.5cm.
HOWEVER, if there is a small, millimetric error, please note that all my items are HAND CUT, so there might be a chance I would not cut/ stitch to perfection.
BUT: should the item not fit due to you not measuring your size correctly or not informing me of the correct size I cannot be held responsible. (for example, you ask for a 4 cm wide belt, I make a 4 cm belt and it won't fit in the belt loops of your trousers, that is not my own fault, and I am sorry to say it, but measure carefully next time.
Exchanges and unhappy face causalities:
- If there is a problem with your order please email/convo the shop within 7 days.

Most times customers leave negative reviews instead of complaining straight to me. In most cases I am always happy to help solve the issue. If you have already left a negative review, you can still contact me. We can sort out whatever issue there is to be sorted, and you can edit your shop review.
- Buyer must return the item within 7 days of receiving the item in their original packaging, with NO SIGNS of wear, and a refund will be given for costs upon return. If the item is not in the condition it was when purchased, or it was worn, we will NOT refund the item.
-BUYER pays returning postage!
The shop generally does not send out replacements with an expected later return of the original items.
- Returns are accepted for two weeks after a return label has been approved / sent to the customer.
->For products that contain metal, of any type: if your skin is allergic to metals (copper, silver, etc) and yet you purchase such an item, knowing the consequences (green or black stains on your skin, etc), no refund will be given. All items have clear descriptions, so we cannot be considered responsible of your choice.<-

Yes, for selected items. Some items are One of a kind, hence selling wholesale would be impossible.

Are you able to send an order as a gift to a special someone?
Happy to do so! Just two important requirements!
1. Let the shop know through email / or Etsy convo if the order is a gift and if you need something written with the gift. No flyers or invoices will be included.
2. Please double check and make sure that the address is correct. The shop is not responsible if it is delivered to the wrong address because of a customer error.
