Our shipping prices are based on US shipments ONLY!!! We will happily ship internationally. Please contact us for a quote on shipping before placing your order. We ship all of our orders through UPS and USPS. We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm. We do not ship on weekends. If your item is due to ship on a weekend, it will not ship until the following Monday. We typically have a 3week plus wait time on orders. We reserve the weekends for time with our family. We will do our best to get your orders out in a timely manner. Please understand that all of our orders are hand made and each order is individually produced which takes time, please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Payment is recieved through direct checkout with Etsy.com. Items may be cancelled and a refund will be issued if the item is not a custom order. Custom orders may be cancelled, but we will charge a 25% fee.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns on all non-custom items. We will refund the purchase price of the item once it recieved in it's original condition within 30 days. We do not refund shipping or pay return shipping on any item.
We will replace clock parts up to 30 days from date of reciept of clock. In order to recieve replacement parts, the old parts must be returned to us (at buyers expense) so they can be returned to our supplier. Once the parts are recieved by us, in the original condition as they were shipped, we will send the replacement parts. The parts are expensive, and cost us not only to replace them, but a second shipping charge. We will ONLY issue new parts once we have recieved the old parts from you.
