This sleeper pattern is a digital file (not a finished sleeper). The tutorial is a full photo and written tutorial, which will walk you through each step with clarity. It is made exactly like a sleeper you can buy in the stores, so although I wrote it with enough explanation and photos to be a beginner pattern, I do feel it requires some basic knowledge of sewing.
The sleepers made from my pattern will fit dolls from 8-17" (t was made to fit my Preemie Norah dolls, but will fit any doll) as well as premature babies and small newborns (at full size it is the same size as preemie sleepers found in stores). As the mama of a micropreemie myself, it was very hard to find patterns to make her clothing, but this pattern would have been perfect for her!
You can use jersey knit fabric, as well as cottons and flannels (will still need a small amount of ribbing if you choose a non-knit fabric for the body).
You can sell items made from my pattern, however please do not sell or share this pattern itself.
I love everything about my purchase.

I haven't had a chance to sew this pattern yet but it is all cut out and ready to go. It arrived quickly and the instructions are easy to understand
