TimesPlus is a contemporary Blackwork design and is based on the two symbols times and plus (cross). I thin these symbols are very contemporary and have endured time. For each design I have put the other inside which gives the design the added depth. The design features stem and backstitch so is a good step up for someone who is a cross-stitcher and wants to try Blackwork. All outlines are charted and there are the 2 different Blackwork sampler patterns which are detailed in the instructions. A favourite for people in 20-30's so if you are looking for something to make them!

Kit 1 Contains:
-Detailed instructions and A4 chart for design (including detailed fill designs)
-32 ct Belfast col. White Linen
-DMC stranded cotton (2 colour versions as per photos available)(Please choose from options)
-needle (no. 24)

Finished design size is 19 x 9.5cm (7.5 x 3.74 inches)

Kit 2 Contains:

-Detailed instructions and A4 chart for design (including detailed fill designs)
-32 ct Belfast col. Antique White for one design (other options available)
-DMC stranded cotton (2 colour versions)
-needle (no. 24)

Finished design size is Times 9.3cm square (3.66 inches square), Plus 9.5cm square (3.74 inches square)

My designs take the traditional methods and making them relevant for todays interiors.

Blackwork Embroidery has been practiced for many centuries with methods changing as a result of the development of different materials and styles over this time. Today Blackwork remains heavily influenced by Moorish designs and now commonly uses threads in colours other than black. This is an example using geometric blackwork patterning

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the item. As most of our items are small these are usually able to be accommodated in standard NZ Post envelopes. All shipping is via NZ Post. If more than one item is purchased, shipping is calculated on the combined weight.

Standard shipping rates for New Zealand are:

$NZ 5.00 for 0.1-0.5kg

Shipping Rates for Australia are based on the order being below 200gms at $NZ10.

Shipping Rates for the rest of the world are based on the order being below 200gms at $NZ 15. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. You are responsible for these payments should they occur

We will ship items on the working day following payment clearance. Please allow 2-3 working days for NZ delivery and 1-2 weeks for international.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. If you are purchasing from outside New Zealand the cost price is the GST inclusive price, and you will be responsible for any customs or other duty payable on your goods when they arrive at their destination.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted either through Etsy Direct Checkout or via PayPal. Once payment has cleared shipping will be within 2 days and notification will be made. Items will not be shipped before payment received. All associated taxes relating to you particular region, state or country are for you to pay and are not part of this payment.

All of our leather products are handmade and therefore may have some variation in colour and detail from that pictured, which makes each piece unique. Our embroidery kits are supplied as described with linen which as a natural fabric which will have variations and dye batch variations. The kit/chart/pack must be returned unused and uncut, and for skeins of threads still in their seal. Please note all charts/patterns are for personal use only. These may not be photocopied, re-sold or re-distributed commercially in any manner. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us, within 7 days of receiving your order at info [!at] jenniferstrange.co.nz.

Proof of purchase will be required to return or exchange the product and you will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned good(s) the charges will be credited to you
