I ship via USPS First Class Mail for domestic and international shipments. I have stated shipment within 1-3 business days; however, I try to ship the same day or the next day. If I am delayed, I will try to contact you as soon as I am able. Purchases within California will be charges sales tax.
I will ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) at the buyers request. If you prefer this service, please contact me for the appropriate shipping charges and I will adjust your order accordingly.
International shipments: Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days. However, shipment may be delayed by: intense weather, postal or transportation strikes, and national holidays. I do internet research to consider if any of the above may be a factor in the event of a delay. I do not ship international purchases as gifts so the buyer is responsible for any taxes. Effective May 2016, I no longer ship to Germany.
I accept PayPal, credit cards, and Etsy Gift Certificates. I do not accept checks or cash in the mail.
I expect payment for Reserved/Custom listings within 3 business days unless other arrangements are agreed upon. If payment is not received in a timely manner, then the items will be returned to my inventory and available for sale.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, before shipment, please contact me as soon as possible.
Returns & exchanges
I accept returns or exchanges on any item(s) and for any reason as long as I am contacted first and that the item(s) have not been altered in any way. Buyer pays return shipping for returns or exchanges.
If your item has been delayed in shipment, I will refund the shipping charges. If your item has been damaged or you believe that it's lost, then I will refund all charges.
I consider an item delayed: 1) If it takes more than 2 weeks for delivery in the contiguous United States 2) 3 weeks for Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and Canada 3) four or more weeks for Australia, Europe and beyond.
I consider an item lost if it has not been delivered in the time frames listed directly above.
Communication: I prefer to communicate using the Convo feature on Etsy. The Convo feature keeps track of questions, comments, and replies by both parties. Email communication may be missed or delivered to my Spam folder causing a delay in response.
I am not bi-lingual; however, I use the Google translation feature to communicate with my non-English speaking customers.
