A great mini moustache Washi tape in black and white.

These narrow tapes are really great for using on planners, in diaries and journals. There are a variety of different colours, too.

Please be aware that I spend time in the UK and in France. You will know where your item will be shipped from by looking at my location on my shop page.

I will endeavour to get your purchase in the post within 48 hours (post office open days). Mail to the UK, from the UK, will be sent first class post. Everywhere else will be sent Air Mail. Similarly from France to France 'lettre verte' and everywhere else by air mail.

Excessive shipping overages will be refunded via your payment method; either Paypal or Direct checkout.

Your package should arrive within 7-14 days EU customers and 10-28 days international customers. This might be more or less depending on your location and time of year. Customs may also delay your order. It is usual to be at the earlier end of these times but could be later.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information

You are entitled to return any item for a full refund within 14 days of receipt by you. Please contact me within 14 days to notify me of your intention to return the item. You have a further 16 days to return the item and I will refund on receipt of the item. Return shipping is payable by you, the buyer, other than where an item is faulty or not as described. I will then refund you shipping both ways,

You will not receive a refund for any customs charges or fees paid to your own country's customs office.

Everything I send out will leave in excellent condition and apart from a catastrophy should reach you in the same condition.
