*Digital* - Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final. I regret any inconvenience. However, if you do have an issue (e.g. size, format, color), please contact me and I will work with you.
*Physical* - Cancellations will be accepted until the order ships. Returns will be accepted if I am notified within 7 days of you receiving the product. The order will be refunded, minus shipping, once the product is returned in the same condition it was shipped out. In the rare instance of damage or loss during transit, please contact me right away so we can decide on a solution.
*Kits* - Cancellations will be accepted until order ships. Unopened kits may be returned for refund minus shipping.

Each pattern was designed by me so I would appreciate that intellectual property rights are honored and my patterns not copied, resold, uploaded or shared. However, as long as you take the time and love to stitch it by hand and credit me for the design, feel free to sell the finished work.

There is no smoking in my house. It is a cat friendly house, all materials are kept in plastic totes when not in use.
