I am currently set up with the new Etsy Payments, however, if you are paying with a check I will wait until it clears the bank. As soon as it clears, your item will be shipped. Pay Pal is still accepted.

I would prefer not to do refunds, but replace your item or items with a similar item or if possible, redo the item (since it is fabric) and replace it that way. If something were to arrive that is not the correct size, I require that item to be returned and then I would replace it in the correct size, or if preferred by you the customer, I would refund your money. Note: In the case of return where you just want your money back, I require these item or items to be returned within 14 business days to receive a refund. Please, do not use an item first and then return it. If returned say in three months after the request has been made, I would assume your baby got some use from it and now you want your money back. In the case of an item that was received damaged, I would like that item to also be returned, then I would replace it or refund that money. I take great care in packaging my items to hopefully prevent any damages.

Note: In the case where you have purchased an item for a friend or baby registry, and that person wishes to return it for whatever reason, please make sure I know that this was the case. Thank-you in advance!

I will consider each and every request for a custom order. However, if it requires fabric purchases, I will need payment for that material ahead of time. I have made exceptions to this, but in the future I will not be able to, due to the fact I have been left hanging on a few custom orders. Therefore, payment will be required up front. Prices may vary on some items, due to the cost of fabric, which varies, such as crib sheets and bassinet sheets.
