Spring Shop Hours (March through June), I'm in the shop Monday - Thursday. Friday - Sunday I'm away on camping trips. Order Processing: It usually takes me about 2-4 workdays (excluding weekends)to process your order, but can take longer depending on the amount of and size of orders I have in the shop at any given time.
The buyer is responsible for having the correct address on your Etsy order PRIOR to making a purchase. If a package is returned due to incorrect address a refund will be given for only the items, but not shipping. ** International buyers are responsible for having the correct address information in English and following the USPS format prior to purchase ! USPS First Class Shipping. If you need the package faster than first class, please add the Priority Shipping Upgrade available when you check out - in the shipping drop down menu. * Combined Shipping: You may request combined shipping on orders that are placed within 24 hours of each other. * We do not refund or reship for a package that has been marked as delivered. You will need to contact your local PO when this occurs.
** We will NOT label your package as gift or change the product value. VAT charges are NOT included in your purchase price! Be aware that you will be responsible for all custom, tariff, duty or VAT charges when the package arrives. Alyssabeths Vintage is NOT responsible for any of these charges. International Delivery usually takes 10 days to 2 weeks, but at times can take up to 6 weeks or more. International packages are not considered lost until after 45 days of mailing. * We do not refund or reship for a package that has been marked as delivered. * Address must be correct & in English prior to purchase. Buyers must contact the shop within 3 days of delivery regarding any issues with your order. * Returns: In order to receive a refund, item(s) must be received back in the shop within 7 days of delivery in original, un-used condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and refunds will be given only for the item(s) returned. ** There will be NO refunds after 30 days of delivery, or for any custom created listings or if you refuse to return the item(s). ** We are unable to give "store credit" on returns.
Lost (delayed) packages will be given a refund ONLY once the following time has passed, the buyer has completed the required insurance paperwork and then the claim has been approved. USPS does not consider a package lost until:. .. Domestic (U.S): 21 days past shipping date .. International: 45 days past shipping date .. International ITALY: 60 days past shipping date. Unfortunately we have no control of your package once it is in the USPS Postal system, at times there are long delays in delivery. * We do not refund or reship for a package that has been marked as delivered. You will need to contact your local PO when this occurs. * We are not responsible for packages damaged during shipping.
* We DO NOT have wholesale or bulk pricing! * As a retail shop we are required to collect sales tax for all purchases made by Texas residents/shops - no exceptions. * Custom Orders: We are able to make custom creations for most of our hand set rhinestones, please feel free to contact me ! All custom orders must be paid for when order is placed. There are NO returns for custom orders. Custom Listings will be held for 3 days, after which time the listing will be deleted. * At this time we are not doing Reserved Listings. * Substitutions: For inventory control reasons, once your order is placed we cannot substitute other items for the items you have purchased.

Stones color can vary from “batch to batch” from the manufacture. ✿ Raw Brass & Plated Findings are crafted specifically for our shop in the US are lead & nickel free! Raw brass stampings can vary in color as a result of the process of being made & will darken over time. ✿ Our items are NOT intended for children. ✿ Items are only sold in quantity as stated in listing
