At Gift it Right we pride ourselves on selling quality personalised goods at affordable prices.

No returns or exchanges on personalized items – we’re sure you can understand that we won’t be able to take back any items we have had specially made for you, especially printed, embroidered or stamped for you.
All Refund requests need to be made in writing to giftitright@outlook.com within 7 days of purchase.
Any request for a refund will be assessed and an email will be sent within 2 days detailing refund acceptance or not. In the event that Gift it Right chooses not to ship a replacement item to you, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your account will be refunded via bank transfer.
Gift it Right will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind.

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

At Gift it Right we personalise many of our products, please allow 48 hours from payment clearing for your order to be dispatched. All prices on the Gift it Right website exclude GST for Australian residents. At Gift it Right we don’t meet the Australian taxation requirements to charge GST at this time.

6. My personalized products look different to website picture?

Whilst we pride ourselves on high quality stamping, embroidery and printing, our products may differ from the website personalised products only. This is due to character length, embroidery font, size and colour may vary.

7. What if my goods are received damaged or not received at all?

Whilst we ensure high quality personalized products, delivery is completed by a third party.
If your items are received damaged, please email us at admin@giftitright.com.au and return your items to our postal address for a full refund within 30 days of ordering your products.
If your items are not received within 14 days of ordering, please email admin@giftitright.au and we will dispatch your order again or provide a refund. We will need time to enquire with Australia Post first before a refund or another dispatch can be undertaken.

8. How will my gift be packaged?

All of our gifts are beautifully organza gift bag or boxed or wrapped to be sent directly to the recipient, at no extra cost.
