REFUND AND EXCHANGE
Please contact me if you encounter any problems. I check every product thoroughly before shipment to avoid returns and get your total satisfaction.
If your item is broken during shipping or manufacturing defect is found, you can send back the item and I'll replace it with another. You can return them for an exchange. You will be entitle to get an exchange of the product if you request one in writing within 7 days of receipt. All items must be returned unused condition. We will make an exchange once we receive the return. Original shipping charges and duties are not refundable. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Unfortunately, we can't accept liability for products that get lost or damaged in return transit.
All shipping charges arising from returns are paid by the client. Cocoloko not do refunds, only replaces items.
LOST IN TRANSITE If an item is lost or damaged during shipment we are not responsible,but will work with you to resolve the problem. And only minimum 60 days from shipment is considered as 'lost in transit' states. It's possible that we ship free replacement (same item) only after minimum 60 days from shipping date.
