Most items are shipped via USPS the most economical way, which is usually first class or in a flat rate envelope or box. I do my best to use recycled packaging. Please contact me if you would like to purchase multiple items and save on shipping. I don't offer insurance or tracking, unless it's something you would like to purchase and add on-just contact me.
I don't ship internationally, but please contact me if you would like to purchase outside of the US, and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and returns are not accepted.
I will ship to the address given to me at Etsy checkout. Buyer is responsible for making sure their address is correct.
Paypal accepted. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Payment is expected at time of purchase. If payment is not made within 2 days I reserve the right to re-list the item. Items will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
Non-payment policy: I know the Etsy checkout can be a little confusing, You can pay me by logging into Etsy, go to 'your Etsy', 'purchases', 'receipt', and use the direct PayPal link over there. I leave negative feedback for customers that both don't pay and don't communicate, after approx. 4 days.
Returns & exchanges
All items are sold in "as is" condition. Vintage items are expected to have some wear and I always try my best to accurately describe an item. Please expect vintage items to look used. Linens and clothing may be slightly yellowed with age, paint may be chipped and linens may have stains. I do my best to photograph stains and flaws, however, if you are expecting a vintage item to be in like new condition, this is not the best place for you to shop.
Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase because of condition or feel the item is not as described, please let me know within two days of receiving the item. I want my customers to be happy, so please contact me with any concerns, and I will do my best to satisfy you and have you return to my shop. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 2 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.

Many of my customers are theatre professionals, and some are set decorators and costumers for film and tv. Let me know if you seek items in brand new condition for close up film or tv shows so that I can represent the item as clearly as possible.
Please understand that monitors are all unique, so the color may be different on your monitor than it appears on mine. Please message me if you have any concerns or need a specific color match.
