We ship using United States Postal Service. Priority Mail and tracking upon requested and considered an upgrade to your order. We tend to ship your item or items within in two days of purchase (not counting the weekend) If there is trouble with your order we contact you to let you know of any delays of shipment.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Exchanges are always welcome. Please ship back to us with a note containing you exchange request. If we do not have your request new size we will order options or issue a refund. Refunds are only accepted on damaged items.
