Insurance required for items $100 or more. I consider myself a very quick shipper! It is my goal to ship within 1-2 business days!! If anything in my schedule interferes with that I will promptly email you! I always INCLUDE delivery confirmation within the continental U.S. Any orders out of the country will not have tracking unless the customer request and adds payment for that. I do however keep the customs number for identification and reference, as well as my receipt for proof of mailing. Thank you!
Any PAYMENTS made by MONEY ORDER or CHECK need to be sent within 3 days of purchase. If paid with check, the item will not be sent until the check clears through the bank.
I do offer 30 day LAYAWAY PLANS for any of my items that are $100 or more. I will break the complete total into 2 payments. The first payment is to be received within the first 14 days of purchase. 20% of the first payment will be NON-REFUNDABLE if you choose to not follow through with the transaction. The remaining amount due will need to be received on or before day 35 from purchase. The extra 5 days is a grace period for mailed payment.
Upon PRE-AUTHORIZATION of the layaway arrangement, I will adjust the listing and add the "OTHER" option as payment at checkout. You will put the item of choice in your cart and you will then proceed with checkout. Choose the "OTHER" option as your payment of choice and complete the sale. I will send you a detailed email breaking down payments and will note each payment payed when received. I will make a copy of each check/money order for your records. Payments for layaway will strictly be CHECK or MONEY ORDER ONLY.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I gladly will except EXCHANGES on items purchased in my store within 7 days of the item being received. This will be in the form of a STORE CREDIT that will not expire. CREDIT/EXCHANGE can only be processed ONE TIME. The item needs to be in the exact SAME CONDITION as it was when shipped out. The BUYER is fully RESPONSIBLE for any SHIPPING/HANDLING fees that occur when mailing the item back. Those S/H FEES WILL NOT be included in the exchange or store credit.
