All standard shipping is sent via regular letter mail through Canada Post and does not include tracking.
Upgraded shipping can be made available at the buyer's request, and at that point a special shipping profile will be created. This upgrade fee will be performed on a case by case basis, and fees will vary depending on location and purchase.
We accept all major credit cards, etsy gift cards, and PayPal. If you have any questions or concerns, or would like to cancel your order please contact me.
Orders containing custom options or items have a 12 hour cancellation window; all other orders can be cancelled up until the ship by date.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
