With this very easy pdf. pattern, written in standerd US terms, you can make a soft and friendly but still a bit sturdy crochet crocodile or alligator doll. With basic crochet skills you will be able to make this animal.
Size
5.5 inch / 14 cm sitting
Materials needed
2 colours of worsted weight yarn (3/4 of a 100 yrd skein of green and a small amount of beige), 8 mm animal eyes, fiberfil, pellets and a pipe cleaner for the tail is optional.

Gauge is unimportant for this pattern. If the pieces are crocheted tightly enough, they will not gape visibly when stuffed. You can make a little test swap to be sure.
