I primarily use the US Postal Service for domestic shipping--Priority Mail unless the weight is under 1 pound, in which case it can go First Class (unless the buyer specifically asks for Priority). Occasionally when the package is too heavy or awkward, I will ship USPS Parcel Select.
In the case of International shipping, USPS First Class International is the most economical way to ship if the package weighs no more than 4 lbs. However, with this class of service, there is no insurance option or tracking beyond the U.S.
USPS Priority International is more costly but does provide a tracking number, and additional insurance is available if the buyer desires it.
Please be advised that follow-up on any package which becomes lost or broken is up to the buyer to pursue. Beyond providing the tracking number and proof of mailing, Millington Mill is not responsible for reimbursement of any such losses.

Returns & exchanges
In the event that the item is found to be not as described, or does not fit (in the case of clothing), it can be returned within 1 week if still in the same condition as when shipped. After the item is received back, a refund for merchandise purchased will be made to buyer's Paypal or other credit card account. Depending on the reason for the return, the original shipping charge may be refunded as well. Buyer is responsible for return postage charge.
Customs charges are always the responsibility of the buyer. The online customs form already states what the item is and the price paid, so neither of these entries can be adjusted by Millington Mill.
