We use recycled cardboard and supplies to make and pack some of our shipping containers. All items are carefully packaged before being mailed. Once your item is shipped, you will receive confirmation of the shipment and a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. No insurance is added to your package.
Payment is accepted via Credit Card or Gift Card.

While I hope you are completely satisfied with your order, I will issue a refund or replace an item only if there is an error on my part or damage during shipping. We make every effort to ensure you receive your order timely and in perfect condition. In the rare instance that your item is mishandled during shipping, please send a photograph of the damage and we will gladly replace the product or give a refund if item is no longer available. Any other issues will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.
The buyer is responsible for all international custom fees that may occur. Buyers from the European Union who are interested in return/refund must contact Locust Grove Décor within 14 days of receipt of product.
