We offer no insurance on standard shipping. We also are not liable for items once we have shipped your order. We ship with our 2 week order time but are not responsible for the time USPS takes to deliver.
Priority comes with $50 insurance. If order is greater than $50 we will add insurance to cover order at no additional cost to you. Priority orders are received within 3 days of shipping (according to USPS policy. Again, we are not responsible should they fail to do that). In addition you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

Returns & exchanges
1. Items that are broken during shipping via Priority shipping: You must contact us with 24 hours of receiving order and send pictures of damaged items. We will file the insurance claim. Once approved we can either refund your purchase or replace damaged items.
2. If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with you can return the item (at your cost) and we will issue you a store credit for the amount of item purchased.
3. If we are unable to complete your order we will return your money immediately.
Some custom orders may require additional time. We will discuss the agreed upon timeframe when ordering.
