Stunningly beautiful red leaves set this hibiscus flower away from all the others. The leaves and flowers are edible and can be used for salads, smoothies, teas, and stir fries. They have a lemon cranberry like flavor to them which isn't bad at all. This plant also makes good fodder for animals such as rabbits, goats, cows, horses, etc. Gets to be a large sprawling bush with lots of pink red flowers. Great plant for food forest and permaculture application. Can be used annually in cool climates and as a short lived perennial in tropical climates. 50 seeds! All plants and seeds from our gardens are always organically grown!
Thanks so much for the seeds and super fast shipping.

Thank you! Took me a while to get a decent batch going since done butterflies decimated my first batch, wasn't sure if it was truly cranberry hibiscus since the leaves were green, but now that the plant is older I can tell the leaves will darken into the true red they should be :) thank you!
