Some of the foil has a slightly "distressed" appearance and that is considered normal. Foil printing occassionally has small imperfections throughout due to the nature of printing on such a small roll.
Shipping will happen as fast as possible. I generally will ship all items within 1-3 days of purchase, however please allow up to a week in the event of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. If you don't receive a shipping notification within 7 days please contact me!
Packages are shipped at the most cost effective price without sacrificing the safety of your items. If items can be sent first class, they will, with tracking for your assurance.
I am not currently sending with bells and whistles. I am still a very small business and working upwards! I do everything in my power to send your items promptly and safely!

Pennsylvania buyers will be charged sales tax.
If you place an order and need to cancel it, please message and I will do my best to assist you with this, however if I happen to print and ship before the message is read then I I can't cancel the order. I'll be happy to refund if you refuse the package and I receive the order back as it was sent.
Returns & exchanges
Please contact me with any questions or concerns about an item. I do offer refunds however the items must be returned to me first in the same condition they were sent (New and complete).
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
I also am not responsible for any damage or loss during transit back to me so please package the items with care and appropriately.
If I only receive some items, or damaged items, refunds may be denied or reduced.
I will video tape the packages as I receive and open them for the sake of being thorough.
I do not offer wholesale pricing. I am a small business myself and do not have the volume to offer bulk or wholesale buys.
