/HOW TO PROCEED THE ORDER/
- Send us the design in a high-resolution vector file (ai /eps /pdf) or high-resolution file (jpg /tiff /PSD) to our email (which you will receive after checkout.)
- We will confirm dimensions, draft, and delivery date afterward.

/HOW TO USE:/
1) Cut a small piece of sealing wax onto the spoon and melt it with the white candle.
2) Drip the wax slowly onto the design area.
3) Slowly stamp the wax. Wait 30 seconds and remove.

Love the size and clean engrave of the stamp though the color of the extra wax sticks werent the exact color I paid for.

F. Buyer Risks
All the shipment is under C&F international trading term and condition. Buyer takes all the risk once the order is accepted by the carrier. If the order has not yet arrived after 30 days from the day of shipment, the buyer can request us to initial a cross-broader investigation procedure of the shipment. The investigation may take up to 3 months. Completed of the investigation, our carrier will provide the proof of successful or failed delivery.

Remarks
#All above time is for reference only, we do not guarantee the delivery make within the time estimation. The actual time of delivery will depend on buyer local postal service quality and others uncontrollable factors includes but not limited to weather, postal checking and customs inspection delay.

Refund and Exchange Policy

1. All product, unless otherwise specified, is covered by 14 days return policy from the date of purchase (both day inclusive)
2. The refund ONLY applicable to non-custom item.
3. Shipping fee is not refundable.
4. Buyer has to bear for the shipping cost of refund item.
5. Return have to initial within 14 days upon receive of item.
6. Item must be in NEW & UNUSED condition otherwise a 40% restocking fee will apply.
7. Return item has to be returned with unique return reference number. Do not ship the item back without return reference number; otherwise refund is unable to proceed.
8. Item has to be return with tracking number. No tracking number is not accepted for proceed refund.

2. We will confirm the return by email you with a unique return reference number and our address.

6. Once received of the return product in good condition and fulfilled the terms and conditions.
7. Refund will be made to your PayPal payment account within 3 days upon receiveing of return item.
8. We do not responsible for the postal lost of return shipment.

C. 90 days Exchange Policy Terms and Conditions
1. All products, unless otherwise specified, is covered by 90 days exchanges policy from the date of purchase (both day inclusive).
2. In the event of defect in product quality and damage in product (the 'problem item'), you can return the problem item to us and exchange for a brand new replacement item (the ‘replacement’).
3. This policy does not cover the damage caused from failure to follow proper instructions.
4. The problem item can only exchange for the same model, same specification and same design of product.
5. Replacement cannot exchange for cash or other products.
6. Buyer have to bear for the return shipping cost of problem item, we bear the shipping cost for replacement.
7. Exchange has to initial within 90 days from purchase date (both days inclusive).
8. Problem item has to be returned with unique exchange reference number. Do not ship the item back without exchange reference number, otherwise refund is unable to proceed.
9. Problem product has to be return with tracking number. No tracking number is not accepted for proceed exchange.

6. Once receiving of the return product fulfilled the terms and conditions, we will prepare a brand new item and ship it back to you.
7. The handling and production time is no more than i) 10 DAYS from date of receive for non-custom made order and ii) 12 DAYS from date of receive for custom made or special request order. Over the standard timing, we will notify you upon receive your order.
8. We do not responsible for the postal lost of return shipment.
