Yes, as opposed to vinyl stickers which will scratch and peel off, our engraving is done with a ceramic material which is fused with the Stainless steel.
Yes, there will be an additional charge. Simply choose Add Two-sided Engraving.
We can put almost any image, logo, or text on a glass, stainless steel, aluminum or powder coated cup. The only time there will be an additional charge is if the image you send us requires corrections in order to print properly. You will be notified before we start your order if this is the case. Please contact us to discuss your custom order.
We cannot accept a return for any personalized or customized product. Your order will be made with the exact information you have provided to us. So be sure to check monogram letter order, spelling or special instructions. If your order has been damaged in shipping, all USPS Priority Mail is insured for $50 unless you have added additional Insurance for orders over $50. For that you will need to file a claim with USPS. We will accept returns for items that we have messed up or shipped to wrong person.
Yes, our items are set up to combine shipping up to a certain point. If your actual shipping is less than what Etsy calculates, we will gladly refund the difference. If more shipping is required on large orders, we will contact you before we begin your order and adjust the shipping to cover the costs.
