Order turn around is approximately 3-5 business days, if needed sooner please let us know and we will see if we can make it work for you!
Please be sure to double check your address when purchasing, items ship to the address provided through Etsy.
SHIPPING TIMES: All items (within the U.S.) are shipped through the USPS and include a tracking/delivery confirmation number. This number will be emailed to you when item is shipped via Etsy Shipping Notification. If you prefer a different shipping method, please message us before placing your listing. Once items are out of our hands and in the hands of USPS, we can not be responsible for the item.
Insurance can be purchased for an additional fee, please Etsy message us if you would like to purchase insurance. We will set up a custom listing for you.
We have no control over lost or misrouted packages due to errors made by the postal service or due to errors in the address given to us by Etsy. Please double check your address prior to purchasing.
In the event that your item gets damaged in the mail, please contact us within 24 hours with a picture of both the product and packing so we can work out a solution. We currently do not ship internationally.
All payments must clear through Etsy before items are started and shipped.
