We ship all items via the US Postal Service and a tracking number will be provided for most orders. Unless otherwise arranged, we reserve the right to use the most cost-effective shipping method to get your items to you. Shipping charges depend on the size and weight of the item ordered and the cost associated with the packaging and handling of that item.
If paying by Paypal, your order will be shipped to the address provided to us by Paypal. If you would like us to ship to another address, please let us know in the "message to seller" box.
Unless otherwise noted in the listing, insurance is available for an additional fee. We are unable to provide refunds for lost or damaged packages so please let us know in the "message to seller" box if you would like to purchase insurance.
Bling Boutique is not responsible for any additional fees charged by the country of origin and/or destination such as tax and customs charges for international shipments.

Bing Boutique accepts Paypal and Etsy Direct Checkout. Don't have a Paypal account? No worries! You can pay with your credit card as a guest on Paypal without creating an account or registering, or simply use Etsy's Direct Checkout process.
Returns & exchanges
Bling Boutique is dedicated to bringing you quality items you'll love. If you feel that your item is somehow defective, you may return it to us to either have it repaired or exchanged. (if the item is not repairable, an exchange will be made for the same item or a similar item if a replacement is not available.)
Should you wish to return your item for any other reason, we will gladly accept the item and offer a refund or like item exchange, minus the cost of shipping and *applicable fees.
All returns for any reason must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return shipping to us for any reason other than a verifiable defect will be at the buyer's expense. Bling Boutique will cover the cost of returning your repaired or exchanged item to you (for defective items only). For items being returned or exchanged for any reason other than a verifiable defect, the buyer will pay all shipping costs.
Refunds and exchanges will be granted AFTER an item has been received and inspected by us.
All items must be in their original new condition, in their original packaging and protective wrapping. (the condition of each item is well-documented by us prior to shipping and will be evaluated prior to issuing a refund or exchange)
*A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned or exchanged for reasons other than a verifiable defect in craftsmanship.
