Shipping charges include packaging, handling and the actual shipping charge. We ship daily Monday - Friday. All items are shipped via USPS First class mail or priority mail. Once your package is marked accepted by the USPS we are no longer responsible for it.
We are not responsible for orders being shipped to the wrong address. We use the address you enter into Etsy and it is verified against USPS records. If you have an old address, please contact Etsy on how to change it prior to submitting your order.
All items are inspected and carefully packaged so they arrive to you safely. Once an item is shipped and in the post offices hands we are no longer in control or responsible for it. If you have issues with receiving mail or are worried about it arriving please consider purchasing insurance. Convo me about this option.
We ship to the address on your PAYPAL payment. Please make sure your address is current and correct. Please confirm your paypal address to avoid delay in shipping your order. We can not be responsible for shipping to your incorrect address. . .
We accept PayPal, Credit Cards and Etsy Gift Cards.
Returns & exchanges
Because items are custom orders, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Orders can be cancelled per buyer request within 48 hours of purchase, and only if we have not started on your order. After that, all sales are final. We base our turnaround times we provide to customers on the volume of orders received, and once your order is placed, a spot has been reserved for you. All rush orders are final sale.
When you purchase a personalized item, please make sure your info, spelling, and capitalization are correct. All monograms must be provided in the order you want them. We do not rearrange the letters.
If your item arrives damaged or if we have made an error in your personalization, please let us know within 2 days. We will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues. If we make a mistake, we will replace your item right away. If it arrives damaged we will replace the item(s), but you will be required to pay for additional shipping. We take extra care to package our items very carefully, and very rarely does an item arrive broken. We are not responsible for items returned to us due to an incorrect address on the part of the buyer. Mistakes on personalization info provided by the buyer are the buyer's responsibility to provide correctly. If the error is on the part of the buyer, it will have to be purchased again to be replaced. . •Shipping costs will not be refunded.
