Sizes of all items are listed in the description/details of each individual item. Samples can be sent if needing to double check the size, prior to ordering a full batch. Non-decorative/embellished samples are sent free of charge. Samples with embellishments or designs added to them will be set up as a listing for purchase & shipping.
Custom and personalized orders are specifically tailored to your needs. If for some reason you need to cancel after the 2-day cancellation window passes, refunds are based on what has not been completed for your order. Samples can be made available for purchase to double check it will work prior to ordering the full amount. This option is made available to help minimize the "what-if" factor. Sometimes things do happen and I understand you don't want to be out your money. However, materials are ordered for custom/personalized items after the 2 day window. Many of these materials needed I'm unable to reuse or return to the supplier or unable to get a refund on purchasing them to start your order.
At this time wholesale is not an available option. Some products might qualify for a discount if ordering in larger amounts than what is listed available. Please feel free to contact me with the product quantity needed.
When viewing listings, depending on your screen settings some colors might show differently. Color swatches & samples can be made available per request if needing to verify the shades. EU buyers have 14 days to contact the shop about returning an item, from the time of product delivery. A Cancellation form/withdrawal form, will be included with your package if it is needed. Custom-made orders & products are exempt from the "right of withdrawal".
As noted in the shipping policies, when ordering and having an item sent international, the receiver and/or buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may occur. I'm unable to provide an estimate cost on any additional charges/costs that might be associated with an International order. Please be advised to look into any costs that might be associated with your International Order prior to purchase. Thank you!
Selecting first class, priority or priority express does NOT expedite how quickly your order gets processed. The processing time and shipping method are different from each other. Standard processing times are located on each listing. The shipping method is associated with how long in transit a package generally takes. If you are needing an item/order asap, please contact me first so I can let you know if I'm able to expedite the processing time. Please remember, majority of these products are made in-house, not commercial or manufactured, so they are not always "ready to ship". Thank you!
