We dispatch all our packages through the Royal Mail. We do obtain a proof of posting for each package although the Royal Mail policy states we cannot look into non delivery until 10 working days for packages sent within the UK, 20 working days for packages dispatched to Europe and 25 working days for all areas have elapsed. Packages for delivery within the UK now have a scannable code that the delivery operative scans before posting through your letterbox, this code is used by us to check that delivery has been made. The Royal Mail state that once the item has been marked as delivered, we have no right to claim for missing packages, therefore any items that are not received and are shown to have been delivered are not the responsibility of Little French Meadow.
We hope a package never goes missing, but there are things we can do in some cases, so please let us know if you think you're package is lost.
Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties or taxes payable on products ordered from us.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping option to include tracking and a signature upon delivery (if this is available in your country), please contact us before placing your order, so that we can adjust shipping costs.
Returns & exchanges
Please contact us if you would like to discuss any items that are not sold as described - we will happily refund the cost of items (excluding postage) upon receipt of unused, undamaged items that are returned in the same condition as they were sent. We want you to be happy, so please talk to us if you have an issue.
