I try my best to have items made within 5 working days and posted within 7 working days but if for any reason I cannot keep to this I will contact you to inform you how long until your item will be posted.
Postage automatically combines itself at checkout so you only pay one postage all together.
UK POST: Items posted within the UK are posted Royal Mail 1st class large letter or you can pick upgraded postage for recorded delivery.
POSTING TO USA: Items going to United States are also posted via Royal Mail 1st class large letter. If you would like your item posted recorded delivery which will cover the parcel if lost or damaged in transit then please choose from the upgraded menu. Items will take anything from 7-14 days from the day it's posted. This can take alot longer due to passing through customs when it reaches America. So then can take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive so please allow enough time for item delivery when placing your order. Also any customs cost if there is any will be down to yourself and not included in the postage cost.
ITEMS GOING TO THE EU AND NON EU: Items going to the EU are posted 1st class via royal mail large letter service. If you would like your item recorded so you can track where it is then please pick from the upgraded menu. Items will take 7-14 days once posted and may take longer due to customs or delays so please allow enough time for arrivals when ordering.
I accepted payments through paypal, etsy and card payments. Items are not made or posted until full payment has been received. If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order please do so within 48 hours of ordering as i aim to post items within 3 days of full payment. When I am busy for example around Christmas time i will inform you of the time scale or will be added to my listings.

Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I accept refunds on damaged items or items that are incorrect or faulty. For a refund or replacement I require photos and return of the item. I will refund return postage on these items. If when you receive your item you are unhappy with it you have 14days to contact me and return it unworn and in the condition you received it in for a refund. These items I cannot refund return postage. I do not accept returns on earrings I'm afraid due to hygiene reasons. If you have any questions please contact me.
Please note I don't make any jewellery for any children under 2 years old due to small parts which can cause choking.
To reduce the risk of tarnishing please ensure you take care to:
* Avoid exposure to perfume, deodorants, hair spray, salt water, abrasive substances and other chemicals.
* Store in a suitable airtight container/self seal bag
* Clean regularly using a polishing cloth or jewellery cleaner.
