Shipping within the US is via USPS (United States Postal Service) or Federal Express and may take up to 7 business days. I can include a tracking number if you request. If you would like to pay for insurance on the item, please let me know this, otherwise insurance will not be added.
Shipping "Everywhere Else" may take longer than 7 business days, depending on your location, but I can provide you with a tracking number upon request. If you would like to pay for insurance on the item, please let me know this, otherwise insurance will not be added. The buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs. To keep costs down, I usually ship First Class International with the US Postal Service or via Federal Express. With USPS first class service, tracking stops when the package leaves the US.
All international duties, taxes, and other fees are always the responsibility of the buyer. Sippin Sweet Tea will not cover these international shipping charges.
We only use Etsy payment processing platforms. Refunds will also process through Etsy and will be subject to their terms of service.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
In the event a package should arrive damaged or the package has been delayed by the delivery service, the buyer must contact USPS to file a claim with them, as they are responsible for the damage, and your package is insured through them. Expected Ship times are 2-3 days by Priority Mail.
Due to the custom nature of the work, refund are not available on custom orders, unless an error was made on my part (such as spelling, dates etc)
It is very important, for custom or personalized piece, that you double check all information that you are sending in the notes to seller section during check out! Your item will be made using the EXACT information given to me, and I can NOT issue refunds or replacements
International Customers we can not track packages once they leave the United States.
