DOMESTIC SHIPPING
1.) I ship via USPS within 1-3 business days of purchase, unless I let you know otherwise. (just look at my feedback to see the speedy shipping testimony!)

2.) I reside in Vermont, so depending on where you live will effect the delivery time. West coast can take up to 5 days, but more than likely about 3 days for arrival. Delivery times can uncommonly be effected by high volume postal times (holidays and such), incorrect address entry, weather, or kid related snafus.

3.) Your shipping includes a delivery confirmation #. You will receive this # via email once the package has shipped. USPS website is your first stop to locate your package en route. Then if you still have a problem, kindly convo me via Etsy and I will check on my end of things.

3.) Double check the address you have listed with Etsy, this is where your package will be sent.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
1.) Yes I ship gladly Internationally. :)

2.) I ship via United States Postal Service so once your package leaves the USA, the USPS does not guarantee shipping times. At that point the package is under your country's postal handling. If your package has not arrived, your first kind step in a reasonable resolution should be to contact me via etsy convo, I will check into address and date times. Depending on your country's service/customs/policies,
it can take anywhere 1-3 weeks for arrival.

3.) I am required by USPS policy to put the total cost of the item on the customs forms. I am not responsible for additional customs fees collected by your postal service.

4.) Double check the address you have listed with Etsy...that is where your package will be sent.

Payments

TrimKo gladly accepts PayPal and credit card payments.

Returns & exchanges

I make sure your items are snug, safe and secure in their shipping package.
***I do put a "safe-journey-magic-spell" over each package at no extra cost to you.***

Before giving feedback, the best customers know that Esty is run by real live folks. Yes, we all make mistakes. Kind conversation goes a long... long.. LONG way in this shop to getting any issues with your order you may have resolved above and beyond.

Check your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact me via etsy convo if something does not arrive or is not what you ordered, I will double check on my end and see if we can agree on a reasonable solution.

Additional policies

Almost all my prices are already wholesale, but if you need bulk yardage for a big project, certainly feel free to convo me and I may be able to come up with a discount custom order for you.

Most of my products came right off the trim making machines from the trim manufacturing company that ceased manufacturing in my town.

I take pride in all the hands and minds of my neighbors that went into the making of these beautiful products. Some have been rescued from boxes and shelves in the closed factory. I have found some spools dated to the 1960's on up to 2009.
