All items will be shipped via USPS. All items will be shipped via First Class or Priority Mail.

All items will be shipped 2-3 days after the order has been placed. If you require faster shipping, please contact me before placing your order.

All items will be sent ONLY to the address listed on your PayPal receipt. Please contact me prior to purchase if you would like items shipped to another address.

Insurance is not included in the shipping and handling fees. Please contact me prior to purchase if you would like insurance so I may charge accordingly.

Stationery items will be wrapped in paper and shipped with padding in an envelope.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Your satisfaction is priority number one. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your items if you aren't fully satisfied. if there is anything wrong with the quality of your items - we will work it out. I will refund your money (minus shipping costs) or make a new product. I will request that the "imperfect" items are sent back at your cost. Items that are sent as a gift are not available for a refund - so sorry.
