CHARGES: We know paying for shipping stinks! We only charge actual shipping cost. All items or combination of items over $50 subtotal require extra insurance fees. These should be included in your shipping charge. If not, we will let you know.

HOW WE CALCULATE SHIPPING: We use USPS for shipping and charge you what they chrge us.
YOUR ADDRESS: Make sure your shipping address is correct. We will not replace or refund your order if the incorrect address was given by the customer.
HOW WE SHIP: We ship USPS Priority mail domestic. No rushes or expedited orders are accepted.
INSURANCE: Insurance is included for items under $50. All items or combination of items totaling over $50 subtotal will be insured. Insurance should be included in your shipping charge. If extra insurance is needed you will be notified of the extra cost.
DOMESTIC: Domestic usually takes up to a 7-10 biz days. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by USPS or holidays.
DAMAGES, LOST ORDER & CLAIMS: We will do our best to accommodate you if any issues occur during the delivery process. Damages must be reported to us within three days of receipt. How and what products may be replaced will be discussed via email, based on each individual case. For damages, please KEEP THE BOX that it was shipped in for the shipping claim to approve and for reimbursement, as they usually require an examination of the box. Lost? Please let us know by email if you haven't gotten a tracking number for your order. It is YOUR responsibility to track your order and tell us if it doesn't arrive or is damaged.
If your package never gets delivered and is lost by the post office, please let us know ASAP! There is a time limit on the ability to file a claim (30 days from sale date) for reimbursement from the post office. If the time has expired to make a claim, we will not replace the item or refund you. Once the claim is paid to us by USPS, you will then get a replacement order or refund. Claims take USPS about two weeks to process.
