PDF PATTERN ONLY. Stitch count is 123 wide by 124 high, be sure to add extra fabric to the edges according to your preference
This cross stitch pattern of a beautiful First Nations girl was inspired by the struggles of the First Nations Peoples. The Dream -catcher which surrounds her represents the Web of Life, Unity, and Connection, while the Crystal drop represents Clean water and Clarity. The crystal drop does not touch the strands of the Dream-catcher, for it is a Good Dream and must pass through the Web to return again.
She is stitched with DMC floss, 1 Caron Waterlillies silk, beads, and 1 Mill Hill Treasure. Her neutral color palette looks beautiful with whatever fabric you should wish to use.
Model is being stitched on 28 count hand-dyed evenweave. Please join us in the Facebook Group Eye of the Magpie Designs for support and inspiration during your stitching journey of this design, we would love to see you there.
