I usually ship at least 2 times a week upon completion of the order - on Tuesday, and Thursday. However, if your order is packed and ready, lets say, on Monday and I'm passing by the post office you'll receive the shipping update that evening. If you need a shipment quickly please be sure to let me know. If you are ordering something custom and need a rush on it there is a fee depending on Item.
All orders come with tracking number.
Please have in mind that the customer is responsible for any duty or customs charges or fees that may be charged by her/his country. I can not control any delays caused by customs.
It takes about 2 weeks for the item to arrive to US, 5 - 7 days if you're in the EU and about a month to reach Australia and Canada. Please note that to some countries, like Mexico it can take up to two months for your order to arrive. Unfortunately, I can't influence in your/our postal services so please be advised that I can't be responsible if the shipping takes longer. We just have to be patient. If it comes to it, I'm able to open a case with my post office after 40 working days to see more in details how far the parcel has arrived.
All our items are shipped and made in Zagreb, Croatia, EU.
I ship to the address provided on your Etsy account, in case you want me to ship it to another address please let me know in a Note section once you order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All sales are considered final, but we do want you to be 100% satisfied with our product. We strive for quality and put a lot of care into each item.
If you feel we have grossly misrepresented the item you purchased, please convo us so we can fix the problem for you!! All resolutions must be made within a 30 day window from the date of shipment to accommodate customs delays.
Once you have completed your order, production begins on our end. Please be mindful to check our current production times & shipping policies prior to ordering.
Please note that any refund will be minus shipping, Paypal & Etsy fees. Refunds can only be refunded to a Paypal account. Please be advised that you're responsible for the return shipping charges.
Custom orders can only be cancelled if I haven't started cutting the fabric.
