These economical plastic training pots are very useful for growing and developing young bonsai plants until they are ready to be repotted into a more permanent display pot.

I normally ship within 72 hours of payment clearing. Custom items, prints, large items or special orders may take longer. Most items will be shipped by USPS Priority or first class mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping costs for orders over $100 will include insurance unless specifically declined. If insurance is declined purchaser bears all responsibility for damaged or non-receipt of items. Larger items may be shipped Fedex. If you require shipment outside of the United States or if you require special shipping arrangements I am happy to oblige. Just contact me with special shipping requests and I will send a revised invoice for your purchase reflecting the price difference in shipping
Any duties or taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.
I prefer to receive payment by paypal or by credit cards through Etsy direct check out. I also accept checks and postal money orders. If you are paying by Paypal or credit card, I will normally ship within 72 hrs. If you wish to pay by check or postal money order please send within 2 days of purchase and contact me so I know to wait for payment. I will wait for checks and money orders to clear before shipping. This normally takes a few days for money orders and up to 2 - 4 weeks for personal checks. I notify all customers upon shipment.

Returns & exchanges
I want my you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item. I am happy to replace it with similar item if available, exchange it toward a different item, or refund purchase price (not including shipping cost.)
If you wish to return an item, please let me know if you wish a replacement, to exchange for a different item or a refund. I just ask that you pay return shipping and that the item is still in original undamaged condition.
I cannot over stress the importance of insurance. I will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. Once I have shipped an item, that item is then in control of the shipping service.
