GENERAL Your order has been processed when you receive a notice for a shipping label, after which the package will be dropped off at the post office within 12 hours. After that, shipping speed depends on the USPS!
Once a package is dropped off, our shop has no control over it. The USPS becomes responsible for delivery the package. Sometimes packages will take a few days to show movement, and won't be scanned at various stops. Other times packages may show up at your doorstep with no updated tracking at all. Please try to be understanding and patient, we really appreciate it!
TRACKING Once I drop your package off at the Post Office it's delivery speed is out of Pawspaper's control.
I'm happy to help you locate your tracking information and assist you with the shipping process, but please keep in mind that USPS is a separate entity from Pawspaper.
If there is no movement of the package after 3-5 days, call your local post office or submit for tracking notifications on the USPS website. You can get to this part of their website by clicking on the tracking number. On the right hand side of the tracking page, there will be a section called "Available Actions". This will sometimes jumpstart movement of a package.
LOST PACKAGES Pawspaper is not responsible for any USPS lost packages. Please contact USPS if you fear your package has been become lost in the mail. It is not Pawspaper's responsibility to contact USPS about a lost/missing package. I can provide insurance for your packages if you are worried about a non-delivery.
If there is no movement at all after 2-3 weeks, please contact us so we can work together towards a solution.
Returns & exchanges
CANCELLATIONS Please contact us via Etsy to cancel an order within 12 hours of ordering. We have a fast handling time and often process orders two to three times a day.
Once a shipping label is printed, no refunds will be granted.
REFUNDS No refunds unless the package is lost by the post office.
A package is deemed lost if there is no tracking updates in 1 month, and contacting the post office has yielded no results. We will refund or reship on a case-by-case basis so that both our shop and you can come to the best solution.
