All items are posted First Class unless otherwise specified. If you require additional services such as Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, please contact me prior to ordering. International Delivery packages are sent by AirSure mail which is a tracked service unless another service is specifically requested. Airsure is slightly more expensive than standard postage but a tracking number is provided which provides security and problems with missing parcels.

Postage costs are worked out fairly and are governed by the weight of your order.
Items may take up to 14 working days to dispatch however, larger orders will take longer. You will be notified of this via email. After this email notification please allow between 2-4 working days for the arrival of your order unless you are overseas (I am in the UK)

I retain proof of postage for all items.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you believe your item to have gone missing during transit. I will endeavour to locate the item and to rectify the situation.
If your item arrives damaged please notify me within 7 days of receiving the item. Failure to do so may result in me being unable to offer an exchange or refund.

I can only provide information regarding timescales for shipping based upon the information gathered from Royal Mail's website. Please note timings are meant as guides only, and mail may also be subject to delays that are out of my control such as an item being held in customs. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees incurred & I do not accept returns because of an unwillingness to pay custom fees.

I do not accept returns for items that do not meet a specific deadline due to postage delays that are beyond my control.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If the package has already been sent, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the postage costs of returning the item. The customer must carefully pack the item to prevent damage during transit.

Upon cancellation, I will refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Cancelling orders will not affect your legal rights.

If you need an item by a specific date it is your responsibility to let me know. I DO NOT ACCEPT returns/cancellations for items that are late if you do not specify the date you need it by. I'm not psychic, so please let me know if you need an item urgently :)

I only accept returns if the items are damaged/broken upon receipt

Returns must be agreed in writing before they are sent back. Failure to do so will result in a refund being denied & the item/s being returned to the sender at their own expense.
If a package designed for return does not reach me, GG's will not be held responsible. Therefore I recommend Recorded Delivery for all returns so that the item/s can be tracked.

Returned item/s must reach me in the same state as they were sent in. GG's defines this state as being unworn, undamaged and with labels attached.

Custom orders are non returnable unless there is a fault with the item. All items are photographed before dispatch.
