There will be NO refunds on NON delivery items until after 30 days if shipped within the USA and after 60 days for ALL international shipments. I have no control of a countries customs, or how fast they process their mail. An item will not be considered lost or a NON delivery until after the posted policy dates. If you do not read my policies before placing your order that is not the shop or post offices fault. Please have patience and allow the mail to due its thing. We ship within 3-5 business days from time the order is placed. Packages are shipped with Tracking and is provided. Unless it's a hoilday or they are closed for some reason. I then ship the first available day after the closure of the post office. Thank you
NON DELIVERY items will be tracked until found or postal services deems it lost and is ready to issue a refund on the lost item. No refunds will be issued until the post office issues us the refund. There will be no replace of the lost item, Lost items must be filed with Postmaster and refund must be issued from Postal service before refund will be issued back to you the customer. All International orders are NON refundable for NON delivery. I have zero control of any parcel sent outside the USA.
We ship USPS First-Class Mail with Tracking. If you need to expedite your order please let us know. Priority and Express are available for an additional cost.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Return Policy on Stained Glass:
There is no refunds on Stained glass once it ships. The item is packaged very well, protected and in perfect condition. The items are shipped with insurance, so if it arrives damage in any way it needs reported immediately to me and the Carrier providing the delivery service(USPS or FedEx). Any reimbursement for damages will come from the insurance purchased before shipping it out. If you the customer, some how damages the item when unpacking, hanging, or displaying, This is not covered with insurance and is not refundable by me. It is Glass, Handle with care....
If an item is damaged and repairable, Please message me pictures of the damage so I can determine if and how to repair. Some glass is not replaceable due to availablity of the glass and even if glass is available, no glass pattern is identical. Similar, yes, but usually never identical from sheet to sheet and even that will vary.
I will repair most for free, shipping to and from for repairs will be covered by you the customer.
If an item is being sold, say as a window and a request to make it hang by a chain is made, This is usually done for free, There is no refund if there is a failure on the hanging system since it was done for free. You will not be reimbursed for breaking item while hanging said item. If the item is listed and sold with a hanging system and that fails, Return item for full refund, or for repairs and shipping to and from will be covered by me. Pictures are required when dealing with failed hangers and item must be returned in the same condition it arrived in and is in the pictures or no refund will be issued.
Again, It is GLASS, Handle items with care, Lead is soft and can bend, Bending of the lead could result in cracked and/or broken glass.
