Rustic Antler Wooden monogram is perfect wooden front door or home decor. Includes antler frame around your monogram initial (please include initial of choice in the notes to seller box at checkout) cut from sturdy half inch thick birch wood. Your monogram comes plain and unfinished for you to paint or stain in whatever style you like for a finished product that is unique for your home.
With all custom made items please allow at least two weeks for production before shipping. Actual production time varies depending on my work schedule and the number of current orders I have to do. If you need your item sooner please let us know. Often we can fill orders quicker if you are on a deadline but they may be subject to a $10 rush fee to guaranty their arrival on time depending on our current work load and the availability of the size and color shirt you are looking for. I will do my best to notify you when your item ships so that you can have the best idea of when to expect it to arrive. Orders will ship to the address given from your paypal account unless otherwise specified and will have tracking and insurance up to $50 to protect you as the buyer as well as our shop.
Payment for your items can be made via Paypal, credit card or Etsy gift card. There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any personalized items.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us so that we can work out the best solution. Items lost or damaged during shipping will be covered under the shipping insurance. If you do not see your item we can check the tracking to locate it and help you to file a claim if necessary for refund through the shipping carrier. There will be no other refunds, returns, or exchanges on personalized items unless a mistake was made by 2 Es.
