It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the Customs or Duties fees that a product might incur outside of US.
Products are shipped within 5-8 days from the date the order was placed.
Each topper is carefully handcrafted, requiring more attention and time for their production, therefore, a minimum of 30 business days from the date of your purchase are needed for the creation of your toppers.
Additional 3-5 days are required for shipping (Priority mail via USPS).
You will be notified via e-mail when your order have been shipped and a tracking number with an estimated date of arrival.
Your order will be shipped within 5-8 days from the date of the purchase through USPS (parcel post) and a tracking number will be provided via email.
For international orders, allow 7-13 days for your package to arrive, however, it will sometimes some cities around the world might take a little longer. Packages will posted through USPS (International Parcel Post).
Packages can be tracked inside the US but once the packages leave US soil tracking will NO be available anymore. However, you will be given a Custom Label Number that can be used to track your package overseas by calling your local Customs Office and providing this number.
Paypal and personal credit cards are accepted. If you have any questions or need to pay another method, please contact me.
Returns & exchanges
Because all custom toppers are made-to-order they can not be returned. However, If the toppers arrived damaged (due to shipment process) or defective, please contact me as soon as possible. A refund or exchange could be applied depending on the nature of the case.
Be aware that on both cases, refund or exchange, the damaged toppers need to be returned within 2 days from the moment the package was delivered and you must NOT have used the toppers. Each case will be considered individually before making any decisions.
Please contact me as soon as possible to find the best way to resolve the issue and as little hassle as possible. Cancelled orders will be credited with a partial refund. Each case will be considered separately depending on the time and work already spent on your order, materials purchased, and loss of potential work by excluding other clients and orders to work on your order.
