Item details

This lovely handmade lace came from Pennsylvania a long time ago...

I purchased it from a woman who said her great-grandmother made it.

There are nearly two yards, and it is in decent condition, with no rips to the body of the lace.

In one small section of the edge (1.5") is a bit of unraveling.(See photo 5) This will not affect the wear of the lace.

It has also been pieced in one place, but the needleworker did it in such a way that it matches the pattern.(see photos 3 & 4)

There are a few age spots that may come out with the proper treatment, but even if you leave them as-is, they don't take away from the beauty of this lace.

It is approx 4"W.

Thanks for browsing my Curiosity Shop...Peace!
