The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Patterns, cut fabric and custom orders cannot be returned. Returns can be made within 7 days of delivery only if the item is in the same condition as when it was sent to you and if it was not a custom or personalized item. You must return items in new condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Do not return an item that has been altered in any way. Items will be examined at the time they are received and a refund will be determined based on these conditions.
