turquoise needle keeper, wool felt needle book, sewing pouch for traveler, craft and sewing organizer
This wool felt needle book, at 8x4", is a nice size for the hand sewer who likes to take their sewing with them.
There are three open pockets for small rulers, pens, pencils, thread, thimble, etc. For the small embroidery scissors there is a Velcro closure scissor keeper and two more Velcro closure pockets for other items. There are three "pages" for keeping needles and pins and a bar for stringing embroidery thread.
Velcro is used for all the closures.
The colors are light and dark turquoise and peach. The front is embellished with a hand embroidered flower.
The backside of the embroidery is covered to protect the embroidery threads..
This needle book has lots of uses when travelling, taking classes, or at home. I like to load it up with everything I need for working on an embroidery project while watching tv.
