Fabric: 14 ct Size: Finishes to approximately 8.75" x 7.5".
A smaller count, like 11 ct, will be larger, and a larger count will be smaller. Note: This piece uses many quarter stitches and backstitching. I recommend working over 2 on a 28 count evenweave. However, it can be done on 14 count Aida, if you are prepared to pierce holes at the center/midpoints of stitches where needed. The cream colored fabric gives it an antique look, but white colored fabric can be tea-dyed if need be.
This listing is for a PDF cross stitch pattern, not the completed article. To open the files, you will need Adobe Reader, which is available for free from https://get.adobe.com/reader/
The pattern will be available via a download link after purchase, and includes an overall view grid, and closer quarter views, as well as a color key containing color/symbols and exact DMC colors and alternate Anchor colors needed. Since the armor on the soldiers is so detailed, detail closeups of the soldiers and brick are included, separated into color stitching and backstitching.

Easy instructions. This is perfect for my bayeaux tapestry meme collection.

I had lots of fun stitching this one - that armour was challenging!
