FAQs

All UK items are sent Royal Mail 1st class signed for (Except single charms) and will be posted within 1-2 working days. Overseas orders will be sent Royal Mail International Standard and can take between 5-7 working days for europe and upto 25 working days for USA. Please consider national holidays, eg bank holidays, Christmas etc and note that delivery may take a bit longer during these times.

If the item you receive is significantly different to how the images portray it, is broken, or does not do what it is designed to do, please contact me so that we can work out a solution. I will not accept returns if the breakage is due to negligent treatment (i.e dropping an item or any other behavior that would constitute unfair wear and tear). That said, If there are any problems with an order I will do my very best to resolve them quickly, just contact me to let me know how I can help you.

All of my items (except single charms) are sent via Royal Mail and are tracked (UK). Should your item not arrive after 10 working days (UK) or 30 working days (Overseas) please contact me so that i can investigate the loss with Royal Mail. Claims for loss must be made within 70 calendar days from date of posting.

Avoid water, Please remove prior to showering or entering any body of water as none of my designs are waterproof. Remove your jewellery before applying any lotions or beauty products. Lockets can be cleaned using a soft cloth (microfiber works great) to remove any oily residues from fingerprints and polish your locket. Key rings are not recommended to use on bunches of keys as the glass can be broken by knocking against them. Floating lockets are made of glass and therefore are fragile. Please handle your locket with care.

Floating charms are very small and can be a choking hazard. Please keep away from infants and toddlers. Also please take this into consideration when ordering floating lockets and charms for a child of any age. Floating lockets are not recommended for children under 7 years.
