I take utmost care in packing , describing an item , taking best possible pictures so the customers can know what they are purchasing. Refund/ exchange will be done if wrong/ damaged item is sent. Still in a situation where a refund is expected inform me within two days of receiving the parcel and if everything is agreeable exchange/ refund may be done.
Kindly return the item in its original pack along with free gift if any.
shipping charges will not be refunded. The return shipment charges for the parcel will be borne by the buyer. I will refund within 4-5 business days after receiving the parcel back.
Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any custom duties or taxes levied in the buyers' country,or any hold up at the customs department in the buyers country.
