Returns are accepted if you have not used your decal or item. Instructions for applying decals are included with every decal sent. If you have any questions about applying your decals, please contact me first, before attempting to apply the decal. Given that we give so much application information, we cannot accept returns for decals damaged in the application process. Thanks!
I love purchasing online, but not so much shipping costs. That said, unfortunately shipping & handling costs are incurred each time an order is sent out. Think of it as a 'not having to get out of my PJ's and driving to the mall' cost of purchasing from the comfort of your home. Though I can't convince the Post Office that as I'm a nice person, and so are my customers, they refuse to give me a 'nice person' discount on postage costs. So I weighed and reweighed my decals, instructions & packaging to see where you can get the best break in the shipping & handling costs.
Our aim is to have the decals in the mail within 3-days of your order [most are mailed within 24-hours]. For all orders, we ship via Canada Post. Canadian Orders - We 'hope' Canada Post gets your order to you within the week after mailing. For USA orders, once in the USA, your decals will be delivered by USPS. We've had decals arrive 5-days after mailing, and we've had them arrive 3-weeks after mailing. No rhyme or reason for the variation of delivery times - but on the whole, we've averaged around 10-days for delivery after mailing.
