I send all parcels based on the weight, First Class and Priority Mail are standard. PLEASE make sure your address is up to date. This will end much confusion and delay.
I am not responsible or liable for lost parcels or damages that occur during the shipping process. It is the responsibility of the buyer to protect themselves in this instance & buy shipping insurance. You will not receive a refund due to damages during shipping. Canadian & International buyers- Please be aware that I send all intn'l parcels First Class, which may not be delivered for up to 2 months. PLEASE be patient!
International Buyers: items are constantly lost during shipping. The only way I can GUARANTEE the item will get to you is if you pay Priority International Shipping. YOU MUST REQUEST THIS OPTION! If you opt for the First class Intl (which is offered in each listing), You are holding yourself responsible if your item is lost or damaged. Sorry, But lost internationally bound packages happen much too often. I'm sorry, but there are no refunds on these items. All vintage items are "as-is" and all sales are final.

If a return is needed You must first contact me and include tracking of the parcel you are sending back to me. Any item returned must be in its original condition and must be sent back within 5 days of contacting me. Refunds or exchanges will be given once the product is received by me. I'm sorry but shipping charges cannot be refunded in any instance. Also, there are no refunds on custom or vintage item orders.

***DAMAGED ITEMS / CLAIMS / REFUNDS
If your purchase arrives damaged, please get in touch with a description and photos of the damage. This will be necessary for postal insurance claims. Please do this within 7 days of receiving your order. Depending on which shipping service is used (FedEx, USPS, UPS, Etc.), you may need to handle any damage claims as the buyer, but I am available for any help you may need in the process.
I am sorry, but we do not give refunds due to damages during shipping. USPS Priority Shipping includes insurance up to $100 USD, if the item is priced higher than this, please request more insurance prior to purchase. Postal insurance for expensive items shipped via First Class will cover your losses ONLY if you request it.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
I do accept exchanges, but the item must be sent back within 7 days after item is delivered. Item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition as it was sent. Buyer pays return shipping & tracking costs. Exchange or store credit for the amount of the purchased item will be issued.
If item shows signs of wear or damage upon arrival, then refund or exchange is up to our discretion.
