Item details

This lusciously soft Chubut Merino is downy, fine and incredibly soft. For anyone not familiar with microns, this 16.5 micron Merino will feel almost exactly like a fluffy, downy kitten. If you like your fiber soft-soft-soft, you definitely will not be disappointed with this.

This fiber is being sold in 50 gram increments. If you purchase more than 50 grams and wish for it all to be wound off as a continuous piece of top or into 100 gram increments, please just include a note in the comments section when you check out.

Colorway: Natural
Fiber: 16.5 micron Merino
Weight: 50 grams
Care Instructions: Any item made from this fiber will have to be handwashed.

I've done my best to get an accurate photo of the color but monitors vary and the color may be slightly different in person. Colors may bleed slightly on first wash (though I take care to ensure no colors bleed on the final rinse) but should not affect the actual color of the yarn. Dyed with professional quality acid dyes.

I do have cats in my home and I do my best to keep them away from any yarn and fiber, but stray hairs do have a way of floating around.

Allergen information: All items come from a smoke-free home that is cat-friendly. I am a foster home for a local shelter so I almost always have several kitties in my home. I do my best to make sure that they never come in contact with any of my yarn or fiber but I cannot guarantee that a few stray hairs here and there might not hitch a ride. ;)
